SUGGESTED USE: Try one product at a time for at least 7-10 days. You should see a difference within this period. The suggested dose is 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals.

COMBINATION USE: Some moms will take one capsule of each product, 3 times daily with meals. If the desired effect is not observed within 72 hours, they will increase the dosage to 2 capsules of each, 3 times daily.
